We recently had to troubleshoot an issue with Tableau Dashboards failing to load in the Salesforce app on IOS devices when using the Zuar Rapid Portal to embed. Ultimately, the issue is related to a Salesforce app setting on the IOS device called Cross-Website Tracking. Here is how to resolve this issue:
- Logout of the salesforce app on IOS
- On the IOS device, go to Settings > Salesforce > Enable “Allow Cross-Website Tracking” (see image below)
- Sign back into salesforce and navigate to embedded viz
