If a file storage system has the ability to enable SFTP, can we use that to copy files to Mitto and automate the entire process? My example is related to Egnyte.

In the example for Egnyte, it is copying a file from Mitto to a folder in Egnyte. Could you swap the destination and source to copy a file from Egnyte to Mitto?
Exactly, just swap the source and destination values to copy the files in the reverse direction.
